This is from Chris Rado's Scion TC. I would like to put it on a few of my cars. If anyone can do it please let me know.
Well, I can only suggest 2 things,
1: trawl through the Auction House and see if you can get lucky or,
2: Ask on the Forza forums
Wow that's a toughy... I think that's over my head. As Haburi said you could ask on the forums but no one who's going to do it well will do it unlocked and if they did the amout of credits would be crazy.
Figured I try here first. At this point in the game credtis don't matter. Is there anyone that you would suggest Wheels?

I might give this a go... you got a car you're thinking about putting it on... I might do a complete livery. I'm also thinking it would really be cool with all the white metallic.
Its going on a S14. The car is painted a dark silver matallic.
Ooooh man if I had the time, I would sooooo paint that.
