Ted you raced a good clean race... and I think I ran you clean although you had one VERY wide car! Once everyone caught up to us the respect endded and everyone muscled their way by... I literally got hit by everyone that went by and at that point I realized the only way to get my places back was to do the same thing. I raced Mini hard to get my place back and I didn't pullout when I normally would have... I also didn't pullout on Notch on the last lap which gave me the position back that he earned the same way. I pulled out of the pack ON PURPOSE in the first turn to keep from being reamed so I worked back from last place to get 3rd (I think) racing like everyone else raced... It was well pointed out that I was the only one that had a problem during the begining of the race so I just adapted to the enviroment.
There are several new racers racing with us and I realized they don't race the same way as we do. So the question is are we going to race like we used to or are we going to race like the new people? I think Ted and I want to race like we used to.
I do think we should go back to 7:30 check-in. The reason we did this is so that everyone got a chance to race with everyone so they got used to each other. I have raced with Chevy racing twice and both times it's the league race. If these people want to race with us then they show up BY 7:30. Otherwise don't bother. Also some of these people have already missed a race and now Elvis has missed two. He's done now for this season by the rules.
